Since each item is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you receive is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your item has a manufacturing defect.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Not Eligible for Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
- Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
- Minor variations in color, print placement, or appearance that may occur during production
